This is Cpl. Kevin Day of the North Cowichan Duncan RCMP.  Police and Crimestoppers are asking for your help in solving the following crime.

On Tuesday, January 12th, 2010 North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP received a report of the theft of a 6 foot Totem Pole from in front of the Dollar Giant at the Duncan Plaza, Duncan, BC.  It is believed that the theft occurred sometime during  Monday night.  The Totem is approximately six feet tall, and is black, white and red with a yellow beak and blue around the eyes.
