On July 8th Mr. Dale Edward KOENDERS (DOB: 1964-Feb-04 failed to return after his day parole from the Chilliwack Correctional Center.  Mr. KOENDERS is "Dangerous Sexual Offender" as designated by the court.  He has been unlawfully at large since July 8th, 2010 and there is a Canada Wide Warrant for his arrest.  His convictions for sex offences occurred in the Chemainus area between 1985 ant 1987.  KOENDERS still has associates in the Duncan area.  He is described as being 5'11, 183 lbs, has brown hair and hazel eyes.  His location is unknown at this time and police are asking for the assistance of the General Public for information that will lead to his arrest.  Anyone with information as to his where abouts is asked to contact the North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP at (250)748-5522 or Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
