On August 23rd, 2009 at approximately 10:30 pm a male riding a disability scooter was robbed and assaulted by three males near Drinkwater elementary  School on Lane Road, Duncan. One of the males threatened the victim with a knife then demanded the victim give them  his wallet. The victim handed over his wallet with $300.00 in it and was then punched in the face.The three males  fled  on foot towards drinkwater Rd. The suspect males were believed to be of east Indian ethnicity. The male carrying the knife is described as approximately 5'11, stocky build, black spiky hair with a goatee. The Male also appeared to have a tattoo on his forearm resembling a human-like figure with a snake.
